QA/QC Introduction

Our QC department includes QA, QE and QC sections, with 3 engineers and 7 technicians. We have adopted professional testing facilities, instruments and methods to control the manufacturing process. Products’ surface, noise levels, swirling, electric current, torsion, electro-magnetic interference, electricity leakage and disinfection are all monitored.
All products are in compliance with ISO9002 standards, with raw materials imported and final testing conducted before delivery to customers. Moreover, a culture of ‘Quality first’ has been instituted among all workers. Products undergo self testing by manufacturing staff, tour testing, and spot testing. Inferior materials are rejected, and non-qualified products aren’t permitted to leave the workshop area.

Project engineers accompanied by factory engineers and technical staff, together monitor the whole of the production process and take charge of quality control procedures.
